  • Design, ordering and handling of personalized paper needs from invitations to place cards
  • Provide vendor referrals respective to style, taste and budget
  • Arrange appointments with vendors
  • Accompany Bride and Groom to vendor appointments to answer questions or provide any advice if needed
  • Meet with vendors once contracts are in place to coordinate plans
  • Coordination of Vendor bids, contracts, deposit and payment schedules
  • Assist with creating budget and maintaining it
  • Location scouting and finalizing details once the site is selected
  • Arrange for transportation if necessary
