Includes all aspects of Event Design, Ceremony & Reception Coordination
- Design, ordering and handling of personalized paper needs from invitations
to place cards
- Provide vendor referrals respective to style, taste and budget
- Arrange appointments with vendors
- Accompany Bride and Groom to vendor appointments to answer questions or provide
any advice if needed
- Meet with vendors once contracts are in place to coordinate plans
- Coordination of Vendor bids, contracts, deposit and payment schedules
- Assist with creating budget and maintaining it
- Location scouting and finalizing details once the site is selected
- Arrange for transportation if necessary
